The following documentation is provided for potential students using the Accelerated FreeFall course, more commonly known as AFF. 

 The first day of the course, AFF level 1, involves 4 to 6 hours (typically) of ground school where all manors of emergencies are covered.  The student is given instruction covering:

• Airplane procedures
• Airplane emergencies
• Skydive exit
• Body positioning
• Skydive emergencies
• Canopy emergencies
• Canopy operation
• Landing emergencies
• Landing procedures

AFF levels 2 through 7 involve refresher sessions (to ensure the student is proficient in previously provided information) and shorter ground school training.  Information on the specifics for each lesson can be obtained on the following page: Lessons 2 through 7.

Ultimately the students progression is tracked, skills are "signed off" at various points during the training, and the proficiency card sent to the USPA for a level A license. A copy of the proficiency card can be obtained at the following:  Proficiency Card.
